Mr. Weaver began his business career in 1956 managing the Virginia Hurst Farm, Triadelphia, WV (1956-1965), and entered the financial services industry thereafter with Bache & Company (Prudential Bache, Prudential Securities), Wheeling, WV, where he progressively achieved the position of Branch Office Manager (1965-1973). In 1973, Mr. Weaver organized a group of investors to acquire Hazlett, Burt & Watson, where he served as President and CEO for 35 years. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Security National Trust Company (SNTC, an affiliate), and as a member of the Board of Directors, and as President of HB&W, Inc. (the Holding company of Hazlett and SNTC). George S. Weaver, Jr. is currently the Chairman of the Board of Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. and an Investment Advisor with Security Capital Management, a division of Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. (1973-present).
Mr. Weaver attended Yale University, New Haven, CT and Graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Stockbridge School, Amherst, MA in 1955. Mr. Weaver also holds current Licenses Series 1, 40, 63, and 65.

MARK S. PRINCE, PRESIDENT & CEO
On August 1, 2011, Mark Prince became the 5th Chief Executive Officer in the company’s 128 year history succeeding
George Weaver, Jr. who remains Chairman of the Board. Mark brings 23 years of diversified experience from JPMorgan
Chase & Co. having served as Managing Director and West Virginia CEO as well as various other management roles.
Mark is a graduate of Kenyon College holding a BS Degree - Economics. He holds current FINRA licenses Series 7, 9,
10, 24, and 66.
Mark’s community involvement includes service as board member and past chairman of the West Virginia State Chamber
of Commerce; past chairman of the West Virginia Bankers Association; past chairman and Governor’s designee overseeing
the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council under Governors Bob Wise and Joe Manchin III; Board
Secretary of the Discover the Real West Virginia Foundation, and a board member of the West Virginia Education
In 2005, U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller and then-Governor Joe Manchin III selected Mark to accompany them on a trade
mission to Japan. In 2003 Governor Bob Wise awarded Mark the Distinguished West Virginian Award, and in 2001 the
West Virginia High Tech Consortium named Mark as Corporate Citizen of the Year.
TIMOTHY M. BIDWELL, CHFC®, VICE PRESIDENT
Timothy is an Executive Vice President with Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. and an Investment Advisor with Security Capital Management, a division of Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. Timothy joined Hazlett, Burt & Watson in October 2000.
Mr. Bidwell began his professional career by joining the Certified Public Accounting firm of Anthony, Bodkin & Company (Bodkin Wilson & Kozicki PLLC), Wheeling, WV (1992-2000) specializing in the areas of operational and financial audits of Corporate, Governmental and Non-Profit entities.
Timothy graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University, Wheeling, WV with a BS in Business Administration specializing in Accounting 1991. Timothy currently holds the following FINRA Licenses: 7, 9, 10, 14, 24, 27, 63, 65.
Mr. Bidwell has also earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential. CPA’s are licensed by state Boards of Accountancy, and Mr. Bidwell is authorized to practice as a Certified Public Accountant by the West Virginia Board of Accountancy. This authority was granted by the Board on February 3, 1997.

MICHAEL T. BARICKMAN, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/SALES
Mike is an Executive Vice President with Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc and serves on its Board of Directors. He is also an Investment Advisor Representative with Security Capital Management, a division of Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. Mike is responsible for sales development, recruiting and supervises all aspects of the firm’s insurance division.
Mike obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from West Virginia University in 1986 and has completed Executive Management courses at the Wharton School . In addition, Mike maintains FINRA Licenses Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 and holds Life Insurance licenses in numerous states.
He has 25 years of experience in the securities industry. In 1986, Mike started as an Account Executive with Smith Barney in Columbia, SC where he managed investment and retirement portfolios for individuals, families and businesses. In 1993, he founded and served as President of City Financial Corp, a bank affiliated broker-dealer in Charleston, WV. Mike joined Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. in October 2000 as Senior Vice President and Sales Manager.
Mike is married to Sarah and they keep busy raising their two children. He serves on his church’s board, is a Past President for the Wheeling Rotary Club and also supports many local charities and organizations. He enjoys snowboarding, water skiing, tennis, golfing and still rides his unicycle to amuse his children.
JASON MARSH, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, COO
Mr. Marsh began his professional career gaining valuable experience in all areas of corporate finance at United Dairy, Inc., Martins Ferry, OH (1999-2000). In 2000, he joined the Certified Public Accounting firm of Bodkin Wilson & Kozicki, where he spent four years further expanding his knowledge in the areas of Corporate, Individual, Governmental and Non-Profit business management and finance.
Jason is a Senior Vice President with Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. and an Investment Advisor with Security Capital Management, a division of Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. He celebrated his 7th year with Hazlett on April 1st, 2011.
Jason graduated from West Liberty University, West Liberty, WV with a BA, Cum Laude, Business Administration specializing in Accounting 1999 and currently holds Licenses Series 4, 7, 14, 24, 27, 53, 66. These licenses require on-going and continuing professional education.
Jason has earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential. CPA’s are licensed by state Boards of Accountancy, and Mr. Marsh is authorized to practice as a Certified Public Accountant by the West Virginia Board of Accountancy. This authority was granted by the Board on August 5, 2002.

GEORGE S. WEAVER, III, Chairman of the Board
George set his financial career in motion in 1982 in the Lancaster Dean Witter Reynolds office where he
attained the level of Senior Vice President of Investments. In 1994, George joined Hazlett Burt &
Watson, Inc. and presently holds the position of Senior Executive Vice President. George is a member of
the board of directors of Hazlett, Burt and Watson Inc., sister company Security National Trust Company
(a single purpose, nationally chartered bank providing trust and investment management services) and the
parent company for these two businesses, HB&W Inc. George spends most of his day providing investment
counsel and managing portfolios under the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) division of Hazlett Burt
and Watson Inc. called Security Capital Management.
George obtained a BS Degree in Agriculture - Resource Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from West
Virginia University in 1979. In addition, George holds current FINRA Licenses Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 65,
and PA Fixed Life/Variable Life/Annuities and has completed a Senior Account Executive program at the
George has been active with a number of nonprofit organizations in the Lancaster community including board
of director positions with the Sertoma Club of Lancaster, St. Leo the Great School, and served a total of
12 years on the Board of Trustees at the YWCA of Lancaster finally serving as Chairman his last two years.
He was honored with the Citizen of the Century Award in 2007. In addition, he has served on the
Endowment Fund Committees for the YWCA of Lancaster, PA Dutch Council Boy Scouts of America and the
Lancaster County Conservancy.
